Copper Tongue Scraper

In Ayurveda, the tongue can signal many different health ailments. Scraping the tongue each morning upon waking removes Ama (toxins) from undigested food. A white coating of toxins coming from the intestines can build up on the back of the tongue. If it is not scraped away, you can re-digest these toxins. Tongue Scraping can be helpful for bad breath, digestion and boosting immunity!

SUGGESTED USE: Hold the tongue scraper horizontally by the two ends. Stick our your tongue and place the ”U” shaped end as far back on your tongue as possible. With a firm but gentle pressure, scrape forward along the surface of your tongue until it feels clean and free of the white coating. Best used directly after waking and followed by oil pulling.
